Call & Triage: Genie will quickly assess if you have an emergency or a standard repair need.
The 5-Minute Self-Check: Before we send a tech, we’ll text you a quick self-check link. This simple checklist helps resolve many common RV issues on the spot—saving you the cost of a service call!
Schedule Your Visit: If the self-check doesn't solve the issue, you can easily book an appointment right from the link provided, or Genie can book it for you over the phone.

Flat Diagnostic Call

Includes: The mobile call-out (travel within our service area) AND the first hour of onsite diagnostic labor.

Once we diagnose the issue, we will explain our findings and provide clear repair options before any additional work is performed. If diagnostics take longer than one hour, we will update you first, then bill additional time at our standard rate.

Extended Warranties: We work directly with extended warranty providers. Just have your provider name and contract number ready.

Insurance Claims: We handle insurance inspections, documentation, and repair scopes directly for adjusters.
